Expo Real gets under way
This week the international property and investment trade fair Expo Real is being held in Munich on 8-10 October, with 1,700 exhibitors from 31 countries registered to attend. This is 5% more than last year, with an increased presence from Italy, Austria, Poland and the Russian Federation among others plus several countries represented for the first time.
Highlights from the three days of forums include seven panel discussions on the hot topic of financing, and discussions about emerging international real estate markets. Dr Jan Amrit Poser, chief economist and head of research at Bank Sarasin, will be speaking on “Real estate in the context of the global upturn” while the city of Moscow will be unveiling the giant development project ‘The New Moscow’.
