Bowman Rebecchi has announced two new additions to its growing factoring portfolio, with instructions secured at Gourock Ropeworks and Kelburn Business Park in Port Glasgow.
Gourock Ropeworks
The appointment at Gourock Ropeworks sees the firm take on management of a prominent Category A listed development comprising 35 properties. The historic building, originally constructed in the 1860s to support the shipbuilding industry, has been converted into residential accommodation while retaining key architectural features.
Kelburn Business Park
In a separate instruction, Bowman Rebecchi has also been appointed to manage Kelburn Business Park, a well-established commercial site comprising a mix of workshop and office space.
