Gourock Ropeworks

The appointment at Gourock Ropeworks sees the firm take on management of a prominent Category A listed development comprising 35 properties. The historic building, originally constructed in the 1860s to support the shipbuilding industry, has been converted into residential accommodation while retaining key architectural features.

In a separate instruction, Bowman Rebecchi has also been appointed to manage Kelburn Business Park, a well-established commercial site comprising a mix of workshop and office space. Located at the gateway to Inverclyde, the park is home to a diverse range of occupiers and plays an important part in the area’s continued regeneration and economic diversification into modern commercial use.

Both appointments further strengthen the firm’s presence in the Inverclyde market and reflect continued growth in its property management and factoring services. The expansion of the portfolio spans both residential and commercial assets, underlining increasing demand for locally delivered, hands-on management across the region.
