Tom Holloway, Hamish MacAlister, and Andrew Hancock are delighted to announce that Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has acquired Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, bringing together two established commercial property advisory firms operating across central southern England.

The combined business will manage a growing portfolio, with over 150 agency instructions across South Hampshire and a substantial estate management portfolio of more than 1,000 tenants across Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex and beyond.

The acquisition strengthens HI&M’s position in the regional market and expands its service capability across agency, valuation, investment, and landlord and tenant work. Both firms are recognised advisers within the Hampshire commercial property sector, and by combining complementary expertise, the business can deliver a fully integrated, end-to-end service offering to clients across the region.

Due to the acquisition, the firm is also expanding its professional team and is currently looking to hire a Lease Advisory and Valuer to grow with the business.
