Bromwich Hardy stood out as the busiest agency in the Coventry and Warwickshire area in the last year, according to CoStar, the commercial real estate information specialists.

The 109 sales and lettings deals we completed in the year saw us take a market share of 18% – three times higher than the next busiest agency, which had a 6% market share.

This activity across the year shows the strength of the company’s momentum that saw the value of property sales we achieved for clients increase by nearly 38%, with lettings also growing by nearly 29%.

Our total sales were nearly £29.3 million, up 37.85% on £21.3 million in the previous year, while our lettings per annum were up 28.72%, from nearly £5.3 million to more than £6.8 million.

We have also had a clean sweep in the CoStar awards across the Warwickshire region as the most active agent by the number of deals and square footage let and sold, cementing our position as the region’s number one commercial property agent.

Despite the war in the Middle East, we remain optimistic for the months ahead here in the Midlands, as we feel the region has many strong opportunities which can withstand global uncertainty.

Bromwich Hardy is marketing a large warehouse and industrial unit located in the prime ‘golden triangle’ logistics hub of the West Midlands.

Unit 9, Progress Way expands to 53,950 sq ft on the Binley Industrial Estate, around three miles east of Coventry city centre, with good connections to the national motorway network.

Mark Booth, senior surveyor at Bromwich Hardy, explained that the property, with an excellent yard and ample loading bays, is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment, including a new roof.

Mr Booth said: “This is great opportunity for a company to rent a large, quality space in an excellent Midlands location.

“The property is a self-contained, fully fenced and high bay logistics facility, with both ground and first floor offices.

“The site benefits from excellent transport links and a number of local amenities, making it a convenient and attractive location for businesses and employees alike.”

The steel frames are now up for six brand-new, high-quality trade units we’re marketing on a former car showroom site in Coventry.

The units on Triumph Trade Park, off Herald Avenue, two miles west of the city centre, are due for completion and available to let from this July.

Ranging in size from 2,917 sq ft, as part of an overall 25,490 sq ft, the units will provide much needed Grade A stock to the area.

All units will have insulated composite clad elevations, with roller shutter loading doors, designated yard areas and generous forecourt loading space.

They will each have 8m eaves height, with three-phase power, LED lighting, 10 per cent translucent roof panels and reinforced concrete floors. They are targeting EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent status.

Triumph Trade Park is on a 2.8-acre site in a highly prominent, busy commercial location, where an 81,000 sq ft self-storage scheme has already been sold to Here Storage.

The property is close to the A45 trunk road, around eight miles east of Junction 6 of the M42 motorway, also providing access to the M45 and M1.
