JLL are delighted to share that we have successfully completed on the acquisition of Unit 1 Hirwaun Industrial Estate, a substantial 97,372 sq ft industrial facility on behalf of Welsh Government. It is great to see Welsh Government making the position step to acquire large second-hand stock to make the necessary investment and provide floor space that reflects what both occupiers and the market demands. This also ensure a pipeline of floorspace coming to the market and providing much needed options for occupiers where new development is slow to come forward.
