“We’ve had a great start to the year with several successful sales of commercial properties, land, and development opportunities.
One of the most interesting deals we completed last month involved the sale of an airspace opportunity in Hounslow.
The airspace had planning permission for eight residential units and is located directly opposite Hounslow Central Station. The proposed development will be constructed on top of Whitelocke House, adding two additional floors to the existing building. As part of the process, it was essential to ensure that the current structure had the necessary foundation reinforcements to support the additional weight of the new floors.
While a few technical hurdles arose during the transaction, these were efficiently resolved thanks to our team’s experience in handling complex airspace developments.
The deal was completed quickly, and both the vendor and the buyer were very pleased with how smoothly and swiftly the process progressed
