A new chapter is beginning for London charity First Rung Ltd following the acquisition of office premises in Golders Green.

Martin Berg of Michael Berman & Co represented First Rung in securing their new base at 28 St Albans Lane, Golders Green, London NW11. The property provides approximately 7,570 sq ft of space, together with parking for 17 vehicles.

Following grant of planning permission for F1 use, First Rung entered into a new lease for a term of 10 years.

First Rung supports young people and adults across London with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), delivering training and apprenticeship opportunities designed to build skills, confidence and pathways into employment.

Forest Commercial, represented by Casey Okin, acted on behalf of the landlord in the transaction.
