Double Whammy for S.R. Wood & Son!

S.R. Wood & Son are pleased to have completed two warehouse sales at the Bramingham Business Park, Luton. A double whammy!

Unit H, measuring 10,685 sqft was sold during 2024. In February 2026 we also sold Unit A1 which measures 5,360 sqft.

Unit A1 generated significant interest. Freehold industrial property remains a rare commodity locally, with a pronounced supply/demand imbalance in the seller’s favour. Bidding was closed by informal tender and we’re pleased to have completed the sale in excess of the quoting price. The sale was to a local construction company who plan to occupy the property.
