Dutch & Dutch are currently acting on behalf of Wing Yip in relation to their new convenience retail concept “Wing Yip DiDi” and are actively seeking suitable sites across London.
Wing Yip is a well-established operator with over 50 years’ trading history and a strong covenant (c.£185m turnover), now expanding into a convenience-led format targeting high footfall urban locations.
Our requirement is broadly as follows:
- 2,500 – 4,000 sq. ft
- High footfall locations
- Dense residential catchments
- Ground floor retail (Class E)
