West Hampstead, London – Dutch & Dutch Estate Agents is proud to celebrate its 125th anniversary this year, marking over a century of dedicated service to the property industry in North West London. From its Victorian origins when a typical 3 bedroom London terraced house would have cost £250 to today’s modern property market, Dutch & Dutch has remained a constant presence in North West London. Much of that legacy is thanks to the enduring contributions of the Matthews family. The business was led from the 1950s by Len Matthews, whose honesty, fairness and respect for others approach set the tone for the decades to follow.
His son, Tony Matthews, joined the firm in the 1960s—and now celebrates an extraordinary 60 years with Dutch & Dutch.
