
AS Retail Does the Double on Tottenham Court Road
Acting on behalf of international lifestyle and furniture brand BoConcept, AS Retail have successfully optimised their estate on Tottenham Court Road in London’s West End.
Quality bedroom furniture brand Sleep 8 have taken c 2,500 sq ft of surplus space at 156/157 Tottenham Court Road on a sublease for 4 years to be their UK flagship store. This successful letting came after a lengthy marketing campaign where two previous deals had, frustratingly, aborted at advanced stages.
Coupled with this letting, we have successfully negotiated a reversionary lease for BoConcept on their adjacent store at 158/159 Tottenham Court Road. Arranged over ground floor and basement totalling some 7,500 sq ft, this store has for years been the UK flagship store for the brand and the reversionary lease has allowed for a total refurbishment of the space.
