Hatch Real Estate Adds to its Team and Relocates.
Hatch Real Estate, the Thames Valley commercial property adviser formed four years ago by well-known agents Tom Fletcher and Philip Hunter, has added to its team and relocated into landmark Reading office Station Hill.
Founded in January 2021, Hatch focuses on the Thames Valley commercial property market, including office and industrial & logistics, as well as residential development land.
Charlie Benn joined the company three years ago and has now been promoted to director. Arabella Macrae has now been recruited as a senior surveyor from Vail Williams.
The team has just moved into the One Station Hill office building, the 283,000-square-foot development next to Reading Station being brought forward by Lincoln MGT, the joint venture between Lincoln Property Company and MGT Investment Management.
Hatch has advised on a string of notable transactions since inception including lettings to PwC, PepsiCo, NewFlex and Kenvue at One Station Hill, the sale of the 66,000-square-foot Northgate House in Reading, and the sale of the 80,000-square-foot Unit 2 A34 Connect in Newbury.
