Russell Property Consultants (RPC) have expanded the team, with Josh Gunn joining the niche firm. Josh has over 15 years of experience in the Industrial & Logistics market in the
South West, being established in the Bristol market for over 10 years and will add further capability to the client offering.
Previously leading BNP Paribas Real Estate South West offering, and Head of the Bristol Office, the addition reflects the growth of Russell Property Consultants over the last 5
years. Josh has been involved with several significant transactions, including the letting of Hercules, a 410,000 sq. ft. warehouse for Hines, acquiring 112,000 sq. ft. in Chippenham and leasing 224,000 sq. ft. at Keypoint, Swindon.
Josh Gunn will be joining the established team of Rob Russell and Chris Miles, providing clients with a combined 75 years of experience in the Industrial and Logistics market. The
firm have an established client base within the region, including; Abrdn, Avon Capital, Brightbay, Canmoor, CaissoniO, CBREiM, Chancerygate, M7, Mileway, USS and V7 to
name but a few.
