It’s located just off the A272 which goes from Buxted/Uckfield through to Heathfield. Work is going along well. New roller shutters are being installed and there’s a scheme in Phase 1 showing the first 9 units which will be available for occupation in about 3 months. We’ve already had offers for 2 of the smaller units and interest in 5,000 sq ft.
Generally in this part of East Sussex there’s a shortage of small workshop/warehouse/business space units. I’m not surprised that we’re already seeing proposals to take this space from a wide variety of different concerns.”
