The Success of 2025

We’re proud to reflect on what has been a highly successful year for the business. During 2025, we completed 48 transactions across a diverse range of instructions, including landlord acquisitions and disposals, tenant lease renewals and property sourcing. On behalf of our clients, we managed over 30 acres of open storage, including sites close to Heathrow and Gatwick Airport. Alongside this, we advised on residential development schemes with a combined GDV of approximately £700 million. We also strengthened our market presence by listing our properties on NovaLoca, further enhancing our reach and visibility.
