On 2nd December 2025, Chris Tembey and I had the pleasure of attending our very first Luton Coffee Club – Business Networking event, hosted by Stephen Wood and Jacob Wood MSc of S.R. Wood & Son. From the moment we arrived, we were met with a warm welcome from a fantastic group of local businesses, all keen to connect, share ideas, and support one another.

The session offered a great mix of conversations — from hearing about what others in the region are working on, to sharing what we do at NovaLoca. We met several people we wouldn’t normally get the chance to speak with, which is exactly what makes events like this so valuable.

There was even a surprise festive moment, with a perfect photo opportunity involving Santa himself, adding a touch of fun to the morning and setting the tone for the season ahead.

A huge thank you to Stephen, Jacob, and everyone who attended.
