A very-well-respected High-Street Estate Agency in Fife had been marketing a tenanted shop for close to nine months. Despite a number of viewings and several price adjustments, no buyer had been secured- and not for a lack of trying. The landlord, eager for certainty, agreed to send the property to auction with Braveheart following the suggestion by the Estate Agent.

Within ten days, the property sold under the hammer — achieving a strong price and giving both the landlord and agent the result they’d been hoping for.

The agent earned their share of the auction commission, the landlord enjoyed a quick and guaranteed sale, and the buyer secured a transparent, straightforward purchase. A real win for everyone involved.
