NovaLoca starts 2015 with record breaking months

NovaLoca is delighted to announce that January and February were record breaking months, with both traffic and enquiries reaching higher levels than ever before.

Following a highly positive year in 2014, where the record for most monthly enquiries was broken no fewer than four times, it seems that the momentum is showing no signs of slowing anytime soon.

Data sourced from Google Analytics revealed that visits to NovaLoca rose in January, as did the number of unique visitors and overall pageviews. What’s more, traffic is proving to be increasingly relevant, with 10% of all visitors enquiring about a property, five times higher than the national average.

In February, the best week ever for page views and visits were recorded, and enquiries for both months has been equally as positive. NovaLoca has recently undertaken an extensive programme to send new property alerts to the UK’s top occupiers and over 20,000 email alerts are now sent every week.

Commenting on the positive start to the year, NovaLoca’s Managing Director, Miranda Munn, said: “We are delighted to be getting great results for our clients, as well as taking advantage of the market improvements. We have been working really hard to further increase quantity and quality of enquiries and it’s encouraging to see the work paying off.”

“In the last 12 months we have seen 70% higher levels of enquiry per property than the year before. Looking at January 2015 alone, enquiries per property were 130% higher. We are looking forward to seeing continued improvements in 2015.”

In 2014 we spoke to a number of agents who list with NovaLoca about the state of the commercial property market, with all of them reporting high levels of demand for property and it is evident that this demand has continued into 2015.

With the momentum in the market set to continue, there is no reason why the records broken so far in 2015, won’t be beaten again in the months to come.
