Glenny LLP announces Optima Park sale
Glenny LLP, acting on behalf of St Ives Print, has announced the sale of One Optima Park to motorcyle industry supplier Bike Alert. The 65,000 sq ft building on a three-acre site close to the M25 at Dartford is “one of the best quality substantial freehold premises brought to market in the South East quarter of the M25 corridor in recent years,” Glenny said.
Bike Alert is currently based in Lewisham and has been operating in south London for more than 28 years. Richard Turnill at Glenny LLP noted that the Optima Park building was largely specified to St Ives Print’s needs, but added that the quality of the property, its location, and its freehold status “was too good an opportunity to be missed in the current market”.
