CBRE hires DTZ’s Bill Colville as UK regional chairman
CBRE has hired Bill Colville to be its UK regional chairman. Mr. Colville, currently the UK regional chairman at DTZ, will split his time between regional responsibilities and a role on the CBRE Scotland senior management team. CBRE also says Mr. Colville will be working with Adrian McStay, managing director UK regions, and the firm’s newly formed Regional Development Board.
Miller Mathieson, managing director of CBRE Scotland, says the firm has been seeking to structure its Scottish and regional operations “in the best way to offer advice to clients who often face challenging situations with their real estate activities”.
“Those efforts are already paying off and the ability of CBRE Scotland to offer to clients one of the most experienced and broadly based teams in the market will be enhanced by the recruitment of Bill,” he added.
