New deals in Romford, Enfield, Dagenham and Rainham
SBH Page & Read has agreed the lease of 419 sq m of office space at Redwing Court in Romford to TBG Learning for landlord Right Choice Property Holdings. The five-year lease is at £25,000 per annum. The firm has also let the 566 sq m offices at Selinas House in Dagenham to RCCG for landlord Ronacreat Limited, on a 15-year lease, with annual rent of £45,000 agreed. A third set of offices, comprising 358 sq m at the Falcon Business Centre in Romford, has been let to Miller Construction for landlord Bournelodge, on a five-year lease at £31,333 annual rent.
SBH Page & Read has also announced three sales deals: firstly the 139 sq m office space in Romford at 173 Mawney Road, sold by Christine Dunning to Northbank Engineering Services for £235,000; and two industrial units for sale in Rainham at Easter Park. The units, both of 1,448 sq m, sold for £625,000 and £875,000 respectively. The buyers and vendors were undisclosed.
Meanwhile Bowyer Bryce has agreed a new five-year lease on a lock-up shop/office space in Enfield on Baker Street, to Tindle Newspapers on an annual rent of £12,000.
