Former Knight Frank agents set up new retail business

Four former Knight Frank agents are setting up a new agency to specialise in niche retail and restaurant leasing in London and the rest of the UK. Nigel Gillingham, Tracey Pollard and Woody Bruce, together with Rupert Bentley Smith, left Knight Frank in March and have now announced the launch of Bruce Gillingham Pollard, according to Property Week today.

The foursome say their new business has been retained by many of the landlord and developer clients they had previously worked with, and has also already won new instructions in Canary Wharf, London (from Canary Wharf Group), Allied London (at Springfields in Manchester) and AXA REIM (at Windsor Royal Station), Property Week reports. Bruce Gillingham Pollard will be based at 33 Cork Street in London, it adds.
