Ramsgate is a coastal town lying on the east coast of England approximately 17 miles north east of Canterbury and 20 miles north of Dover. The town can be accessed via the A255 and A299, which provides access via the A28 to the M2 motorway at junction 7 to the west. Ramsgate railway station lies within a short walking distance of the property and provides regular direct services to London St Pancras, London Victoria and London Bridge and additonally numerous bus routes serve the area.
King Street runs north from High Street in the town centre with the property lying on its east side near the junction with Broad Street. Notable nearby occupiers include Coral, Iceland, British Red Cross, Boots, Lloyds Bank and Caffe Nero.
