The market town of March lies approximately 20 miles east of Peterborough and 35 miles north of Cambridge. The town is accessed via the B1099 and B1101, whcih in turn link with the A47 and A141, both providing access to the A1(M) to the west. March railway station provides regional rail links as well as services to London Kings Cross and St Pancras via Peterborough and Cambridge respectively. Additionally numerous bus routes serve the area.
Broad Street is the principal retail thoroughfare in the town centre with the property lying on its west side to the north of its junction with Grays Lane. Notable nearby occupiers include Heron Foods, Dominos, Tesco Express, Greggs, Boots and Specsavers.
