The property lies to the north of the M4 between Jcts 11 & 12 at the eastern extremity of Green Lane. Green Lane is connected to Burghfield Road to the west which provides access to the A4 Bath Road. The A4 Bath Road provides a direct link to Reading town centre to the north east together with the M4 at Jct 12 to the south west. Reading town centre lies approx. 3.5 miles to the north east.
