Specification
Set within a Victorian walled garden, The Pavilions have been built using progressive eco-building techniques, aspiring to meet BREEAM's rigorous rating criteria. Each Pavilion is constructed from steel, with concrete floors and roof slabs insulated to provide high thermal efficiencies.
Externally the buildings are clad in oak boarding, with glazed curtain walling offering high performance glass and flush concealed lights and doors. The windows are double glazed with fire resistant glass and powder coated aluminium frames.
Eco friendly features include passive ventilation to allow air circulation and heat management throughout the building, ground source heat exchangers for controllable under-floor heating and rainwater harvesting. Making the most of the natural resources around us, water is supplied from deep aquifers using the Estate's private supply. These features are both energy efficient and cost effective.
State of the art voice and data systems are installed within each Pavilion, offering the latest technology for mobility, communications and working collaboration. These systems enable scalable, secure, reliable, flexible and robust solutions to all tenants and are fully supported and maintained by our dedicated IT team.
