Location: Head south on the A22 heading for Eastbourne, carrying on past the A27 junctions and Polegate. Continue along Eastbourne Road (A22) for approximately 1 mile and turn left into Huggetts Lane. Take 3rd turning left into Broderick Road and take 1st turn left into Hazelwood Avenue. Carry on along and take the 7th turn on the left into St David’s Close. Continue to the end of St David’s Close. Access is through a gated entrance and along the access track. The land for sale is at the end of the access track.
