The extended office accommodation is provided on two floors and benefits from some de-mountable partitioning and central heating. Ancillary areas and toilet facilities are also provided. Externally there is a bitumen macadam area providing loading and parking facilities for approximately 10 vehicles, with access from a common roadway. Location: The property is situated to the east of the village of Hartlebury, some 9 miles north of Worcester, 5 miles south of Kidderminster and 21 miles south west of Birmingham. The main A449 Worcester - Wolverhampton road passes to the west, off which leads the main access road to the Estate entrance. Access to the M5 Motorway can be gained from the A449 north of Worcester at Junction 6 or alternatively via the A4133 from Ombersley through Droitwich (A38) to Junction 5.
