LWE Commercial Property Advisers was formed in early 2003 by Andrew Allen BSc MRICS. Andrew continues as the principle Director and has over 15 years property sector experience throughout the UK and Europe having formerly held the positions as International Development Executive for Fitness First, Director of Property for Vision Express, Group Acquisition Surveyor at Wilkinson Hardware Stores. The practice now advises clients independently on new store acquisitions, property management and investment, valuation and business development.
