I lead Curated Offices, a London-based serviced office operator focused on creating beautifully run, high-performing workspaces for small businesses.
I’m hands-on across the full lifecycle of a space — from identifying opportunities and negotiating commercial terms, through refurbishment and mobilisation, to ongoing operations and customer experience. My role combines property, operations, and hospitality-style service delivery.
Core responsibilities include:
> Commercial strategy & growth: sourcing and evaluating sites, managing agents/brokers, setting positioning, pricing and go-to-market, and building an inbound/outbound pipeline to keep occupancy strong.
> Lease & legal management: negotiating leases and contracts, working with solicitors and advisors, and ensuring risk is managed across terms, compliance, and supplier agreements.
> Refurbishment & fit-out delivery: planning and managing refurbishments, coordinating contractors, and curating furniture, finishes and layouts to maximise usability, aesthetics and revenue per sq ft.
> Workspace operations (“Curated Services”): end-to-end office management including maintenance, cleaning, supplies and perishables, internet and IT, access control, vendor management, and incident resolution.
> Compliance & reporting: ensuring mandatory assessments and building obligations are met, implementing simple operational dashboards/KPIs, and maintaining clear reporting and documentation.
> Finance & admin: budgets, forecasting, invoicing, procurement, cost control, and day-to-day administration to keep the business efficient and cashflow-positive.
> Member experience: building a high-touch, hospitality-led experience—everything from onboarding to daily operations (and the occasional pizza day).
