Rochdale Development Agency is an economic development and inward-investment arm of Rochdale Borough Council, dedicated to driving regeneration, business growth and commercial property opportunities across Rochdale, Heywood and Middleton. They support new and existing investors with guidance on commercial property searches, development land, relocation advice and business support services. They also manage and promotes major regeneration projects, mixed-use development sites, business parks and employment space.
