IPIF
The Industrial Property Investment Fund is a UK Limited Partnership and was one of the first funds of its type launched in 1997. It invests principally in good quality, higher yielding, predominantly multi-let industrial estates in the UK. The Fund also maintains a rolling development and refurbishment programme. IPIF provides investors with access to a highly diversified pool of industrial assets, mainly in the South East of England.
