Dunedin Property
Dunedin Property targets income producing assets requiring active asset management. Value is added and extracted through lease restructuring, lease renewals and rent reviews, tenant and/or building reconfiguration, and refurbishment or upgrading of properties.
They operate throughout the UK and in all property sectors. Their aim is to identify mis-priced sectors and regions when acquiring properties. They have considerable experience of accumulating a number of assets in sectors and regions that they have subsequently sold on at a profit to other investors looking to gain exposure to those sectors and regions.
