My background was overseeing a Multi Billion Pound property fund as part of a Hedge Fund based in Mayfair, London. Following thst, we set up Aspire Property Group at the beginning of 2010 to act as a source of impartial advice and consultancy for businesses looking to relocate, review their property portfolios and to minimise the risks. Our aim is to act as the 'in-house' property team for businesses focussing on tenant representation to ensure they get a fair deal in the market.
