Graham + Sibbald

Alistair joined Graham + Sibbald in July 2020 and though based within their Edinburgh office, has a Scotland-wide remit. He has 44 year’s experience in the Scottish property market, with latter 35 years specialising particularly in the disposal and acquisition of hotels, licensed and leisure properties on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Andrew heads up the Commercial Department based in the Dundee office while also covering the wider Angus area and North Fife. He is involved in all aspects of commercial property providing valuation, agency and professional advice.

Andrew is a Commercial Agency Surveyor with over 31 years’ experience in the Stirling and Falkirk area markets. Andrew specialises in marketing commercial property across all sectors, including: industrial, office, retail and development opportunities.

Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years of experience in the Highlands + Islands Commercial Property Market.

Bilal joined Graham + Sibbald in 2020 and is an Associate working out of the Manchester office, having recently relocated from Edinburgh. Bilal undertakes a wide range of work, focusing on Commercial Agency and Valuation. Bilal specifically deals in office, industrial, investment and development sectors in the North of England.

Based in the Glasgow office, Brogan works in the Licensed + Leisure department of Graham + Sibbald.

Based in the Inverness office, Callum carries out surveys on a daily basis mainly for the purpose of commercial valuations. He also undertakes various other tasks of a commercial nature including general agency and rent reviews.

Joining Graham + Sibbald’s Aberdeen office in mid-2021, Chris’ remit will primarily involve disposals and acquisitions of commercial properties on behalf of a range of clients across Aberdeen and the surrounding local area.

Based in the Aberdeen Office, Emma is primarily involved in the letting, sales and acquisitions of Commercial property, providing advice to a wide range of clients.

Fraser is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in the Ayrshire and West of Scotland Commercial and Development markets.
Specialising in Commercial Agency + Development, Fraser undertakes lettings and sales of all types of commercial property including development land and is particularly active in the residential land sale sector.

Frazer is a Property Manager with over 15 years’ experience in the construction and management of residential and commercial property in the Highlands and Islands.

Garth joined Graham + Sibbald in 2011, working in the Dundee commercial department his role is to cover Dundee, Angus, Perth and North Fife.

Grant works in the commercial department in the Dundee office of Graham + Sibbald & undertakes a wide variety of work across all aspects of Commercial property covering Dundee, Angus and North Fife.

Hugh joined Graham + Sibbald’s Manchester office in mid-October 2021, leading the presence of Hotel and Leisure services across England.

John is responsible for the Inverness office and specialises in agency and commercial valuation.

Based in the Perth office, Keith is highly experienced in the delivery of valuation reports, rent review advice to both Landlords and Tenants and is also key in overseeing and delivering disposal/agency services across a wide range of commercial property.

Based in the London office, Keith is responsible for National Commercial Agency.

Based in the Inverness office, Kenny specialises in commercial agency.

Based out of the firms Glasgow office, Kevin covers the whole of Scotland working as part of the Graham + Sibbald UK-wide Hotel + Leisure team.

From the Glasgow office, Mark heads the Corporate and Private Client Agency team. He oversees all areas of agency, with Industrial, Office, Development and Investment all sectors which he operates in.

Martin joined Graham + Sibbald’s Manchester office in mid-October 2021, leading the presence of Hotel + Leisure services across England.
