Workspaces are fully fitted with new desks, chairs, storage and acoustic screens.  IT connections are available.

Monthly charges for workstations start from £XXX per work station per month + VAT.  The charges include rent and all normal property overheads, fast broadband access, printing, tea and coffee, leaving only your own phone bills/IT to pay.  Occupiers can arrange fixed telephony at their own cost.
