The office space can offer occupancy levels of 1 person per 6 sq m which is an advantage to occupiers as this means less space can be taken to accommodate staff.  This reduces significantly the cost per workstation - something most occupiers are seeking to achieve.
 
There is substantial on-site car parking and the Exchange Quay Metrolink station and various bus routes are easily accessible on foot.
