Coworking spaces / The centre occupies the top floor overlooking the Thames estuary with panoramic views. The recently refurbished space comprises two studio rooms, a library / cinema room and separate kitchen, as well as a roof terrace (coming soon). The space is an independent design studio, (specializing in CGI, animation and motion design) offering desk space for fellow designers, with a dedicated room for rented desks. It is a great way to network with other creatives and we’ve been able to share ideas and even work together on projects. The studio spaces are modern and bright, flooded with natural light. Anyone renting a desk from us has full access to the separate kitchen area and library / cinema room.

Location

The studio is located in the heart of Leigh on sea, on the popular Broadway. Based 40 mins from central London. Leigh has a vibrant creative community with several independent artists' studios in the local vicinity. It is a very accessible town via all transport links and is just 40 minutes to London via train. London City airport are approximately 35 mins drive respectively and the centre is about an hour drive from Stansted Airport. It is surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants and is less than a mile from Chalkwell beach.
