The building, true to its name, started life as an actual tannery back in 1876 and to this day the carved cow's head can still be seen above the old factory gates. Today the building's thick walls, large windows and high ceilings provide robust, bright workspaces.

The Tannery sits just one mile outside Leeds’ city centre, at the heart of the city’s industrial quarter based on Kirkstall Road.

There are 32 workspaces available across all four floors at The Tannery, along with two fully equipped meeting rooms, stylish breakout areas and a colourful, welcoming reception.

Workspace 3TF:
Workspace Three is on the top floor of the Tannery and it boasts 1,330 square feet of prime workspace. This is one of our exclusive penthouse suites. It can comfortably seat up to 26 desks. The workspace is fully air conditioned with an internal meeting room, and it's own kitchen area. The space has been fully refurbished with high end carpets and lighting throughout.

Workspace 18:
This is an office not to be missed! Up to 14 desks. This space has dual aspect floor to ceiling windows that create a brilliant light, bright working environment. It’s also at the end of the west wing ground floor corridor so there’s no passing traffic yet it’s convenient for the kitchen, reception and meeting rooms. As it’s one of our slightly larger workspaces, there’s scope to be really creative with the layout of the space.

Workspace 21:
Workspace 21 at The Tannery is a ground floor workspace with room for up to six desks. Like all spaces at The Tannery, it not only benefits from great road connections but of course, you can also take advantage of our extensive onsite parking. With two floor to ceiling windows, the workspace also benefits from plenty of natural light and a quiet location towards the rear of the building.

Workspace 19:
A spacious workspace with up to 6 workstation capacity, which can be arranged into a 4 desk or 6 desk office space, allows lots of potential of how this office would suit your company’s style. The full-length windows not only bring in lots of natural light, they also look out onto our brand new decking and break out space. Workspace 14
Workspace 14 is a brilliant space for start-ups, a satellite office or a homeworker ready to make the move into an office space. The office is on the ground floor with a fantastic floor to ceiling window and perfect for one, maybe two workstations.
