The property is occupied entirely by the workspace and the parent company, Lowy Group, who are offering a flexible license or longer-term sub-lease. This can be per desk, per office or even per floor, as we have the 4th and 5th (top two floors) available. The offices offer amazing viewings of the City from their respective terraces and floor to ceiling glazing.
