Accommodation
Terriers House is an out of town campus consisting of 3 main buildings used for offices plus other ancillary buildings. Office accommodation (18,625 sq ft) is provided:
Terriers House - An imposing Grade II Listed building dated from the late 17th Century. Arranged over three storeys it is of brick construction with stucco front elevations and a porch with Doric pillars. The ground floor and majority of the first floor provide large offices and meeting rooms. The third storey provides functional office space. A basement contains heating boilers. The property benefits from a substantial walled garden.
David Watson Building - A detached two storey concrete framed office under a flat roof. Elevations are of brick and metal framed windows. We understand the building is air conditioned. The majority of the space is open plan accommodation and houses the main reception for the site.
Thomas Hawkesley Building - A further separate two storey office building of concrete framed construction, with some brick elevations and some flint effect cladding.
The ancillary accommodation on site includes:
Terriers Lodge - A Grade II Listed detached chalet-style residence dating from the 17th or 18th Century with its own walled garden. The property comprises two bedrooms, two receptions room, kitchen bathroom and w/c. The property is in need of modernisation.
Post and Print Building - Detached brick and timber clad building with three interlinked rooms and two loft stores.
Canteen Block - Linked to the main house but essentially a separate entity of brick construction under a pitched tiled roof.
Squash Court - Detached single squash court of brick elevations under a flat roof. Includes changing & W/C areas.
Storage Buildings - There is also a timber framed store with pitched felt roof and a further store with brick elevations under a pitched slate roof.
Excluding the Lodge the ancillary buildings provide a further 5,396 sq ft of floor area.
