The site is located to the south of Hartlepool town centre and readily accessed from the A689. Hartlepool is located on the North East coast of England. The A19 dual carriageway trunk road is approximately 10km (6 miles) to the West providing main road access to the remainder of the region including Teesside and Newcastle Upon Tyne and the A1(M) motorway is 26km (16 miles) also to the West. Teesside International Airport is 23km (14miles) to the South West.
