comfortably. This can be hired by the hour for a minimal amount, so there is no need to take an
office larger than you actually need.
The ground level, side entrance door, leads straight into the lower hallway, which gives access to the
Common Kitchen, the Ladies and Gents. There are several offices also on the Ground Level. The
wide staircase gives access to the Upper Floor with the next eleven offices. The corridor then
continues to the Public Reception Area, the Centre Manager’s Office and then through to a further
eight offices. On arrival in the car park, all guests enter the building from the main stairway direct
to the Public Reception. There is a large, free of charge, secure car park. Landscaped Gardens and
Lawned area.
The advanced Security Systems allow for twenty-four hour access – 7 days a week. Everyone
entering or leaving the building after normal hours are individually monitored by the system. The
System is also up-rated to REDCARE Silent Signalling and for added protection, the adjoining
Security Company also responds to alarm calls.
All services are available at Burnfield House. Reception facilities, Secretarial Services, electronic and
emailing. Mail collection, faxing, copying, scanning, telephone answering facility and all done at
incredibly low costs. Moreover, there are no long leases to commit to – everything a small business
