The centre has a total of 40 managed units ranging from 94 sq ft. The units have been specifically designed into two categories incorporating offices, workshop and light industrial use. The Centre also benefits from off road car parking and conference room which can be booked for a half day rate of just £30.00. A photocopying and facsimile service can also be obtained from reception.
Location
The centre is located at Southmead Industrial Park on the outskirts of Didcot and is situated just off the A34 and the A4130 providing easy access to the M40, M4 and M25. It is also situated within a five mile drive from the town centre and mainline station.
Accommodation
The Didcot Enterprise Centre offers a range of offices from one/two person suites to larger offices. Electric and heating is included on all offices. Light industrial units of approximately 660 sq ft are also available.
Terms
Offices and units are offered To Let on an annual licence agreement with easy in / easy out terms and a 3 month notice period. The licence fee is fully inclusive, payable in advance and includes:- Building maintenance, building insurance, water rates, light waste disposal, daily postal delivery and collection, communal kitchens and cleaning of communal areas.
