- Suite C6 – a 4 desk office on the ground floor - £XXX/month, fully inclusive
- Suite A11 - a 10 to 12 desk office on the ground floor - £XXX/month – fully inclusive
- Suite J - a 5 or 6 desk office on the first floor - £XXX/month – fully inclusive
- Suite B3 – this brand new suite has just been created adjacent to the coffee shop, it is £XXX/month. - Suite A5 – the 4 desk room on the ground floor - £XXX/month. This is either a cost effective office with no natural light (but a choice of inspiring wall-art instead...) though it could also be a store room. Then, with reduced consumption, a significant discount can be offered, details on request.
Across the road from Britannia House we have the Octagon – the following suites are immediately available;
- Suite 2 – £XXX per month, rent only…a large space suitable for 40 to 50 desks
- Suite 4A – £XXX per month, rent only…suitable for 5 desks with additional storage room included. Immediately on the left in suite 4, ie close to the lift lobby.
- Suite 4C – £XXX per month, rent only… a pair of interconnecting rooms, either suitable for upto 10 desks, or a meeting room adjacent to an office with say 5 desks.
- Suite 4F - £XXX per month, rent only…large open plan room with space for 6 to 8 desks, immediately on the right in suite 4, so close to the lift lobby.
- Suite 7A – £XXX per month, rent only… this suite is suitable for c.25 desks, the space is divided into 3 rooms, 1 small and 2 larger
- Suite 7C – £XXX per month, rent only…this suite is suitable for c.20 desks, though the space is divided into a general office, a meeting room and a Directors office currently, that layout can be easily/quickly adapted.
