Built in 1895 by cotton manufacturer Alfred Lancaster, the building has been completely refurbished to capture a feel of opulence, with many of the original features of the house still remaining, a grand entrance hall, high ceilings and large windows creating beautiful light airy offices and meeting space. 

There are nine offices all beautifully decorated in warm colours with new carpets. The business centre offers modern facilities such as onsite IT support, affordable telephony packages and reception services. 

The centre also has a meeting and training room with comfortable seating for 14 attendees. A large widescreen display is provided with connections for laptops and tablets, together with a flip chart and pens. Refreshments are provided and there is plenty of parking both in our car park and in the immediate vicinity. 

For those wanting to use the facilities but perhaps working from home, a virtual office can provide a more professional image for a low monthly fee. We can provide a business address and/or a separate business telephone number with a personal answering service, voicemail or call forwarding.
