Location

Grimsby is located approximately 85 miles south east of Leeds and approximately 30 miles north of Lincoln in North East England. The main route into the town from the west is via the A180, the extension of the M180 Motorway and from the south the main route is A16. There are two train stations in Grimsby – Grimsby Town and Grimsby Docks. Both stations are located on the local line between Cleethorpes and Barton on Humber. Grimsby Town is also served by a further local line to Newark, via Lincoln and also a cross country line between Cleethorpes and Manchester Airport.

The property is located approximately 0.5 miles north east of the town centre on the south side of Ellis Way. Queen Street is a Cul de Sac accessed off Ellis Way and adjacent to Peaks Parkway Ring Road, part of the A16. The Police Station, Courts, Train Station and Bus Station are all within a 5 minute walk of the property. The area is also partially industrial.
