Cammell Laird shipyard. The premises are close to Hampton Square, which is
Birkenhead?s commercial and administrative centre. Hamilton Square Mersey Rail
Station and Birkenhead Mersey Rail Station are within close proximity to the
building, as well as access to the A41 Dock Link Road to the M53 motorway.
