Business Rates relief of up to £275,000 (£55,000 p.a.) is available, as an incentive, to the first company to move into a bespoke building at Haverhill Research Park.
Typical cost savings are compelling when compared with others parks in the South Cambridge Business and Technology Cluster and, in some cases up to 38% savings of total expenditure.
The total annual cost savings could be between 26-28%. The first occupier will achieve greater savings with business Rate Relief and also no estate service charge for the first five years.
