Location

Stanhope Industrial Park is situated at the end of Wharf Road approximately 1.5 miles south of the A13 dual carriageway and within ten miles to the east of the M25 (Junc 30). Stanford-le-Hope town centre is one mile to the north and has a railway station on the C2C line accessing London Fenchurch Street with a fastest journey time of fifty minutes. The site is located within two miles of the Shell Haven site at Corringham which is subject to a substantial proposed development for the creation of an international deep water container port and a 700 acre industrial park.
